Cale Burch is a former Green Beret Sergeant Major with nearly three decades of service in the U.S. Army and eleven combat tours in the Middle East. He now serves as the Director of Engineering for The Factory at Franklin in Franklin, TN with Holladay Properties. Cale has 16 years of combined experience in facilities engineering, executive leadership, general maintenance, luxury hospitality, acquisitions, and asset management.
