With over 20 years of experience in project management, Alexander Villanueva specializes in optimizing maintenance and custodial operations, strategic planning, and asset inventory management. Skilled in CMMS and PMS software, he enhances efficiency in facility management. He is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Project Management and Public Administration with a minor in Civil Engineering from Liberty University.
