Chance Sullivan, a seasoned professional in the facilities industry, commenced his career as a Mechanical Contractor before transitioning to the "building owner" side. His expertise expanded while working at a macro brewery in NYS, where he concentrated on overseeing utility infrastructure, including industrial ammonia, steam, and CO2 plants. His primary goal was to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of these critical systems.

Subsequently, Chance took on the role of Preventative Maintenance Manager at the University of Rochester, leveraging his experience to enhance maintenance practices. Today, he holds the position of Assistant Director of Facilities and Services, with a focus on Asset Management, Safety/Compliance, and Trades Workforce Development. His journey reflects a progression through various roles, showcasing his dedication to optimizing facility operations and contributing to the industry's advancement.
