Now I have all of my essential prints and documents at the touch of my fingers. No more long hikes across the hospital to find a simple valve tag I.D or valve location. Just log in from my tablet if I am out in the field or from my desktop if I am in the office. Super easy to use and super easy to upload newer documents or prints.

The most helpful to someone new to the health system is that I can look at the building drawing, locate emergency equipment, and click on links to take me to where I need to go.

Super cool to use. User-friendly, no complexity. Even I don't need to be an expert to use this. The way I wanted to use the app, I'm able to. Super liked.

ARC Facilities application is simple and easy interaction

Project management and consultancy services provided by ARC facilities is excellent. Really impressed by your service .

Simple user interaction in different modules: Equipment, Compliance, Forms, Pin.

Provides easy access to as-built drawings & floor plans from multiple devices

It's a tie between being able to search/find plans quickly and being able to pin items around the building. I also love how well the app works with my iphone.

Having the shut off inventory at the hands of the maintenance staff appears to be a time saver in daily maintenance and emergency situations

I really enjoy the fact that I can get easily pin any areas in question for my staff to know exactly where my concerns are. That along with the detailed descriptions on all our sites is what helps the most for any new staff coming in.

ARC Fac allows us to keep key facilities as-built drawings in one location with layer to se most recent renovation as well as oringinal built as-builts on the same platform.

We really liked the front end customer service. Our project manager was very engaged and easy to work with. The main advantage was being to access documents remotely through a smartphone.

I love having plans & as-builds at the tip of your fingers, to quickly view & compare what is being seen on-site.

ARC's "emergency" module is a lifesaver. We are a 3 campus district with more than 700k square feet of facilities and minimal support staff. Being able to access utility shutoff information and emergency resources within a few minutes in the palm of my hand is an incredible resource.

The ARC Facilities platform puts needed information in the hands of staff to quickly locate shut-offs, access points, and equipment. Also able to link needed policies and procedures related to the location or equipment in the system.
