This small Tampa hospital is being renovated to benefit patients. Facilities responsibilities are handled by a small group of technicians, led by John Michaels, Director of Operations. In the past, all their building drawings were on paper, scattered in several places, so finding exact locations of building components was difficult.
Now, using the ARC Facilities platform, facilities information is organized, labeled, and is easy to share – improving emergency responsiveness, equipment maintenance and knowledge capture.
